This CCL1253 Boston Post Lantern accommodates one single medium base bulb with clear glass chimney. Pictured here in Antique Brass it will weather to a dark natural patina. Shown with clear glass, other glasses are available. The “Boston Post Lantern* comes with a wrought iron cradle or spider for added support. The post collar is a standard 3” inside diameter. This very large lantern is modeled after some of the original lanterns used on streets in Boston! Used in very large yards, garden areas or to create a grand entrance to one’s home, this is surely an impressive lantern sure to WOW!

Hi,
We received the lanterns yesterday afternoon. I was totally impressed with the packing, they were in excellent shape. I unpacked them and removed the onion globe for ease of installation, very nice feature! We looked at many handmade lanterns while on our summer vacation in Cape Cod. Yours were definitely the best quality! Thanks again for taking time with us to explain the way they were made and different finishes. Now every time we come home, we have a little bit of Cape Cod in our home.
