CCLW1 Wilder Stable Lantern

$766.25$881.19

This CCLW1 Wilder Stable Lantern is made right here in our Cape Cod workshop and derives it’s name from it’s original intended location. It was used in livery stables from the late 1700’s to mid-1800’s. A wall mounted lantern, it hung between the archways of the stalls. It’s triangular shape has more than simply a decorative function. It enables the light to fall on both sides. The original Stable Lantern was three feet high, and burned first oil, then later kerosene. It is pictured here in Dark Antique Brass, and will weather to a natural patina. It accommodates one medium base light bulb.
Truly a conversation piece!

Dear Deb and Craig, I hope you guys are well. Just wanted to say thank you. The lanterns are absolutely the hit of the town. We and everyone else here love them. I attached a few photos. No bias on our part, but we think they are a perfect fit.
